Philippine Dragon Boat Federation technical director Nestor Ilagan said the top dragon boat racers in the world, led by the European, Asian and North American countries, are competing in the three races.

The squad is also scheduled to participate in the Asian Games test event in Guangzhou Lake, the venue of the Asian Games, in August.
